Execution of a Contract for the Establishment of FEM base model for offshore substation substructure

The above research project aims to develop a base model for numerical analysis of an offshore substation structure using SESAM software. The project encompasses geometric modeling of the jacket substructure, application of environmental loads, definition of member fatigue properties, specification of pile–soil interaction conditions, and topside modeling. In addition, to verify the integrity of the numerical model, assessments are conducted for the Ultimate Limit State (ULS), Serviceability Limit State (SLS), Fatigue Limit State (FLS), and Accidental Limit State (ALS).

Through this study, BANDI will enhance its capabilities in modeling fixed-bottom offshore wind structures and performing structural member design using SESAM software, while further advancing practical and detailed engineering design technologies.
