On a lush May day, BANDI held the 2023 Spring Mountain Hike at Namhansanseong Fortress, where employees gathered for communication and harmony among employees. Namhansanseong Fortress spans Gwangju, Seongnam, and Hanam-si, Gyeonggi-do, and is a long rectangular stone castle with Cheoryangsan Mountain, 497 meters above sea level, as the western end and Bulbong, 514 meters above sea level, as the eastern end. 

The hike started in front of the artificial waterfall at Sansung Station and went through the South Gate (Jihwamun) via a hiking trail to the Sansung Roundabout, a course of about 8km. After the hike, all employees gathered at a nearby restaurant to enjoy a meal and take part in various quizzes with prizes.
