BANDI has registered Patent No. 10-2531556 with the Korean Intellectual Property Office.

The patent was jointly developed with ESCO RTS and the name of the invention is "Displacement load adaptive friction mechanism and seismic isolation device and friction damper using the same", which is a seismic isolation device that can absorb seismic energy during an earthquake and effectively resist wind load, braking load, centrifugal load, crowd load, etc. at all times.
