BANDI has been selected as the “Design technology development for innovative LCOE saving substructures of 20MW+ ultra large floating offhosre wind turbine system” R&D Institution by the Ministry Trade, Industry and Energy. The National R&D project aims to develop hybrid substructures for innovative floating offshore wind power to advance techology and establish a new commercialization strategy by preemptively securing next-generation technologies. Through this R&D, it is expected to contribute to the development of the future energy industry by improving technological judgment and achieving technological independence in the domestic and international design/construction field, and increasing the demand for offshore wind power generation. BANDI participates in this national R&D project as a leading R&D institution, and collaborative R&D institutions include DAEWOO E&C, POSCO, MTI, KICT, KOREAN REGISTER, INHA UNIVERSITY, Kiswire Ltd., POSCO E&C, KEWP participates in R&D.
