BANDI has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Oriental Consultants Global (OCG), a global consulting firm in Japan, to jointly expand its overseas business. The event was held online at the headquarters of both companies.

The MOU was prompted by a visit from OCG earlier this year and a meeting with a large Korean construction company, where the two companies agreed that collaboration was necessary for the future development of the company. With the signing of the MOU, OCG and BANDI pledged to jointly participate in future projects as strategic partners in all areas of transportation infrastructure, including overseas bridges, while complementing each other's expertise and experience.

OCG, headquartered in Japan, is a global consulting firm that is an absolute powerhouse in the Southeast Asian engineering market and has unrivaled market power in the ODA business. In particular, it is the number one company in Japan in the transportation infrastructure sector, including railways, airports, and roads. We expect that this MOU will help us to expand our overseas business in the future.
