Mr. Jung is one of the founding members of BANDI, and before joining BANDI, he worked at Cheongseok Engineering, Yongma Engineering, and Pyunghwa Engineering Consultants(PEC), and participated in many cable-stayed and extradosed bridge projects. Major projects he involved include 3rd Incheon Bridge(Yeongjong-Cheongna) District 1 (Cable Stayed Bridge), Bihar New Ganga Bridge(Extradosed Bridge) in India, and Sungai Kebun Bridge(Cable Stayed Bridge) in Brunei
